The South Shore

Union Point is located in the much-beloved South Shore between Boston and Cape Cod. Home to some of the Commonwealth’s best beaches, historic sites such as Plymouth Rock, and whale-watching adventures, the South Shore has a relaxed vibe and, obviously, delicious seafood. Many celebrities live there, and you may see one shopping at your local grocery. Enjoy easy access to New England’s premier destinations—Cape Cod is only an hour away; Newport, RI an hour and a half; and Martha’s Vineyard a little over two hours.

New Sports Complex and Trails

Union Point’s brand new 25-acre outdoor/indoor sports complex is unique to the South Shore. Home to Premier Soccer (GPS), Laxachusetts, and Boston Rugby Club, it features four fully lighted, synthetic turf fields with permanent soccer, lacrosse, rugby and field hockey surfaces. While all are lined for soccer competition and men’s and women’s lacrosse, Field 4 is especially certified for national and international rugby tournaments. Looking for a personal best or a brief scenic getaway? In addition to 1,000 acres of open space, Union Point also has 50 miles of biking and hiking trails.

Nourishing Arts and Culture

The national trend in the arts favors small cities where artists find more performance venues, eager audiences, and immediate networking opportunities. Union Point, with its outdoor spaces and intimate cafés among 40 planned restaurants, will also act as an incubator for the performing, visual, and literary arts—attracting innovators as much as patrons. A thriving cultural scene always enhances the vitality of a community, and Union Point looks forward to creating the space to welcome and encourage professional and emerging artists
